In response to the current COVID-19 health crisis, Novella Infusion has implemented a number of measures to protect patients and staff. The measures are not limited to this list, but include:

  • Pre-screening patients before visits
  • Enhanced cleaning And sanitation measures
  • Temperature and wellness checks
  • Masks are required from everyone in the facility at all times
  • No additional guests are allowed during treatment
  • Spacing appointments and designated areas for treatment
  • No waiting in the lobby with others.  You are called to come in from your vehicle when the nurse is ready.
